Scripture: “So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.” — 2 Corinthians 5:6-8
Devotional: Walking by “sight” means you need to see exactly where you are going and how everything will turn out. Walking by “faith” means you don’t know what is coming next, but you trust the Person who is holding your hand. When your future looks blurry, don’t panic. You don’t need to see the final destination. You just need to trust God for the very next step.
Prayer: Lord, give me faith. When I cannot see what tomorrow looks like, help me trust You and simply take the next right step today. Amen.
