Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.
Prayer:
Dear God, help me to change my heart when I am selfish and prideful. Open my eyes to notice what people need around me and give me a heart that cares more about them than about my own interests. In Jesus’ name, Amen
