Leviticus 20:26 NIV
[26] You are to be holy to me because I, the Lord, am holy, and I have set you apart from the nations to be my own.
– When we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We should no longer live for ourselves but for him who died for us and was raised again.
God chose us to be His people to stand out from others. He called us to be different.
Being different is not only physical or outward appearance. But it involves purity of hearts and actions, too.
We are set apart for God, living in a way that honors God’s name and following his lead.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth.
Holy and Righteous God
Thank you for giving us the privilege to be your sons and daughters through faith in Christ.
Help us, Lord God, to listen and obey you so that we will not conform to what is in this world but setting ourselves apart for your glory .In Jesus’s name. AMEN
