Have you ever felt like what works for everyone else, just doesn’t seem to work for you?
No matter how hard you try to fit in, it seems like you just can’t.
This is because you weren’t created to fit in. Instead, you were made and designed to be unique.
When God created you, He created you for a certain purpose that only you can fulfill, things that only you can do, needs that only you can provide, and all through His provisions.
So embrace your uniqueness!
Whatever it is about you that makes you different, celebrate it!
Remember that God created you intentionally as you are.
There is a unique gift that you have to offer the world, so don’t shy away from the things that make you who you are.
The world needs you as you.
You are part of the body of Christ and you are equally important.
God was intentionally involved in making us who we are, both inwardly (“inmost being”) and outwardly (“my frame”).
Psalm 139:13-14, “You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous — how well I know it.” (NIV)
The inner man has to do with our personalities, our minds, will, and emotions, our likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses.
The outer man is our physical body, our appearance, physical strength, etc.
God raised you for a reason, and you’re the best person to do what He’s raised you for. And the same goes for everyone around you.
When you have this mindset, you’ll learn to love and appreciate other people as well.
Rejoice in your uniqueness!
