Spiritual Disciplines: Practices of Jesus that we can follow which are essential for transformation. These include silence and solitude, prayer, fasting, Bible reading, community, Sabbath, worship, and more. They are practices based on Jesus’ lifestyle that create time and space for accessing the Holy Spirit.

Smart Training: Effective use of spiritual disciplines involves a balanced approach, considering personality, the season of life, and the specific needs of the moment. Repetition and patience are crucial for true and lasting change.

Transformation: The ultimate goal of spiritual disciplines is transformation, experiencing the life that Jesus offers. It requires effort and partnership with God, who does the heavy lifting.
