God is close to the brokenhearted.

Psalms 34:18 MSG
[18] If your heart is broken, you’ll find God right there; if you’re kicked in the gut, he’ll help you catch your breath.

Prayer:

Dear God, we pray and remember those who are broken-hearted and in grief at this time. We ask that you come and comfort them with your love, God. Heal their broken hearts and strengthen them to overcome what they are experiencing at this time. Thank you that we can always run to you. God, we entrust and lift up everything to you. This we ask in Jesus’ name. Amen!
