Ephesians 6:13 CSB
[13] For this reason take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having prepared everything, to take your stand.

Reflection:

In our world today, there are many distractions around us, and one of them is social media. Most likely, if we let ourselves, we can spend hours just scrolling, watching, and reading. Social media is good if we know how to use it well, but if it steals, kills, and destroys our time with God, we will lose the battle. My questions are: Can we even spend those hours with God? Can we give Him the time? I encourage us today to wear the full armor that God has already provided. We just need to use it by focusing more time in prayer with Him. With that, we can use our armor.

Prayer:

Dear God, thank You for being our Savior and protector, for helping us in our daily battles. May You help us see the importance of spending time with You so we will not easily be weakened when the enemy attacks. Strengthen us, God, in times of temptation and distraction, and help us to always focus on You so we will not be easily swayed. This we ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
