Dear Heavenly Father, we humbly come before you to ask for your guidance and strength in slowing down our busy lives. Help us, Lord, to take a moment of rest and reflect on your goodness and grace. Teach us to prioritize the things that truly matter and not be consumed by the busyness of this world. Thank you for reminding us that it’s okay to slow down, to rest, and to just be. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
