What is Love?

‭Based on 1 Corinthians 13:4-7,

LOVE …
is Patient – seeking to do God’s will and accepting his timing. Trusting that He will fulfill all his promises.

is Kind – being slow to speak and quick to listen.

is Not jealous – always counting blessings.

is Not boastful nor proud – always forgiving.

is Not rude – always showing grace.

does not demand its own way – putting others above yourself

is Not irritable – always gentle

Keeps no record of being wronged – always giving chances

Does not rejoice about injustice – rejoice whenever the truth wins out.

Never gives up – it endures forever.

Never loses faith – even in the size of a mustard seed.
is always hopeful – never be anxious

Endures through every circumstance – a genuine love
