How can I get such confidence too?

I always wonder about those who struggle but are still hopeful.
Those who remain joyful no matter what season they are in.

For me, it is a great encouragement to witness someone in an uncertain situation still inspiring people to remain joyful, prayerful, and thankful.

There is one person from the bible who also made me wonder what keeps him a man after God’s own heart. It inspires me to know what made him stand still despite all his pains and difficulties.

David shared his one thing in Psalms 27:4 GNT:
I have asked the Lord for one thing; one thing only do I want: to live in the Lord’s house all my life, to marvel there at his goodness, and to ask for his guidance.

I may not be sure of a lot of things but I am left wanting his one thing too.

Of all the stories I heard, everyone has their ‘one’ thing, and it all points to one person named Jesus.

It was also confirmed in Matthew 6:33 that by seeking 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 in our life, everything else follows.

May we keep our lives in the right order and consistently ask God to give us a heart to keep all our wanting in the one thing that truly matters, every day. 🙏
