With all the New Year’s resolutions and goals we made in the past, some succeed and others we mostly get lost along the way.
By this time, perhaps we found ourselves discouraged and disappointed that we no longer desired to make any plans this year.
Pause for a moment and reconsider, this time start the year right not with all that we want to have but with Him who holds our life.
In Him, we can start our journey fully assured that what we hope for and what we do not see yet is already in His hands.
He alone is the one who promised and is faithful. His words prove trustworthy and true.
With Jesus everything will be made beautiful in His perfect time: His will, His way, His purpose and our part to believe.
Hebrews 11:6 NIV says,
And without faith, it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
As we begin this new year with Him, we can replace all plans and resolutions with faith goals anchored in God’s Word.
